CANCELLATION POLICY

At Top Shelf Services, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To allow enough time to accommodate other clients, I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in an automatic charge of 25% of the total booked service(s) to the card on file.
